The first vines were planted in 1998 and included Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc, Traminette, Merlot and Petit Verdot. Altogether the vineyard accounted for just over 9 acres, of which remains a mature vineyard to this day. Producing outstanding grapes, the soil is absolutely ideal, and the location provides a frost-free environment. Currently, the vineyard has been fenced in, but dont worry, there is plenty of space to expand the vineyard.
The home is truly spectacular though, with panoramic views all around. The first floor is home to the master suite and two additional bedrooms as well as 1.5 baths. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with granite counter-tops, oak floors & cabinets, and a gas cooktop.
The event space is set up for tents, which come equipped with an HVAC system. The wood cottage sits at one end of the patio, it is home to a mens and a womens bathroom, as well as a brides room. The building is temperature controlled.
The storage building for the winery & vineyard is approximately 3,900 square feet.
