Once inside the property, the attention to detail and master planning of the ranch are immediately apparent. The ranch is high-fenced and cross fenced with paved blacktop ranch roads that allow the owner to arrive at the lodge while never having to leave the pavement. There is a game skinning rack and cutting table under the outside overhang of the shop. There is also a 500 gallon gravity-flow fuel tank next to the shop.

One electric well and a 2,000 gallon storage tank supply the improvements on the property. There are three ponds, 1/4 to 2 1/2 acres, and about a mile of Hog Creek, that provide water to wildlife and livestock.

The ranch is home to a well-established Whitetail deer herd with trophy-class bucks scoring in the 220-240 range. The owner of the ranch has done an incredible job at building and managing the herd with year-round feeding and food plots. Numerous hunting blinds, feeders, and food plots have been strategically placed for hunting and animal viewing throughout the property. The deep rich black clay loam soils also serve as ideal food plots for growing trophy deer and exotics. Numerous sections of the ranch have been cleared of cedar, leaving areas of dense woods for the deer and exotics to bed but also opening up portions under many of the live oak mots and other hardwoods. Additional wildlife that call the ranch home include blackbuck, turkey, dove, and scimitar horned oryx.
