That price includes fixing 1 of the drystacks on the farm. This farm also includes a small dwelling house with a metal carport. In the backyard there is a 40 shed to store lawnmowers, yard tools, etc. If someone would rather build a house and rent the current dwelling there is several homesites on the property. Mud Creek runs through the very back side of the property. There is no pond on this tract. The land is farm-able and has been cropped in years past. It has no crop on it this year.
