IMPROVEMENTS: There are 2 homes and a barn on the property, one which is a ranch foremans house. The old main ranch house is circa 1870s, and was expanded in the 1940s, then remodeled in the 1970s. The old part of the main house includes construction of hand-cut limestone, providing 15 thick structural walls, and its 1940s addition is double wall fieldstone 6-7 thick. The 1970s addition is stick built with field stone sheathing. The limestone exterior has an old corrugated iron roof.

RANCH IMPROVEMENTS: The foremans house is approx. 1,200 -1,400 sq. ft. and constructed of hardboard panels. In 2010, the owner installed new pipe cattle pens.
