Leary Tract Timberland

The Leary tract is located on State Hwy 42 just North of Lewiston Woodville, NC. This tract lays flat and has a mile of paved State road frontage.

The timber on the Leary tract is made up of 5 acres of 1975 Loblolly pine, 89 acres of 1998 Lobloly pine, 53 acres of 2012 Loblolly pine, 82.7 acres of 2016 Loblolly pine and

25.2 acres of hardwoods. The soils are primarily Rains Sandy loam and Goldsboro sandy loam excellent for growing timber and or to convert to cropland.
