There are 12 foot ceilings on the first floor and 10 foot ceilings on the second floor and wide plank heart pine floors are found throughout the home. There are four large rooms located downstairs with a central foyer. Upstairs, there is a large open area at the top of the stairs with an additional four rooms. There are fireplaces in every room, although some of them have been closed. There is one full bathroom downstairs and one upstairs. There is central heating and air conditioning on the first floor. There are two outbuildings in the backyard. One is a two room building with a fireplace and the other is a one room storage building. The 8.3 acres has many mature trees including pines and magnolias.
