Faxon Tract

Located just west of Tennessee Lake and south of Bass Bay the Faxon Tract offers a private recreational property bordered by almost 2 miles of shared boundary with TVA property designated as Natural Resource Conservation property. The property consists of a mixture of loblolly pines that were planted in 2021 with approximately 122 acres of mixed hardwood throughout the property.

The gently rolling topography offers multiple views of Tennessee Lake. Access is provided off of Boat Dock 2 Road with an improved internal access road providing access throughout the property.
