A 2020 timber cruise estimated an average of 38 mbf/acre on 47.5 acres. 47.5 acres was presumed to be harvestable based on a preliminary assessment of slope stability. In November of this year an ODF geotech did an assessment of slope stability. The report identified ~18 acres as "Substantial" downslope public safety risk (no harvest), 37 acres as "Low" downslope public safety risk (standard forest practice rules) and 31 acres of "Intermediate" downslope public safety risk (DSPR).
