From Warsaw: Head south on 65 towards Springfield. At the 7 Highway intersection turn right (west) onto Balke Rd. Continue on Balk Rd., then turn left (southwest) onto 83 Highway at the stop sign. Follow 83 until K Highway and turn left (south). After 2 miles the property will be on the right (west) side of the highway.

From Osceola: Take 82 Highway off of 13 Highway and head east on 82 Highway. At the next stop sign turn left (east) onto 83 Highway. Follow 83 Highway to K Highway and turn right (south). After 2 miles the property will be on the right (west) side of the highway.
