Lower Corral Ranch

The Lower Corral Ranch is located just East of Beeville along the Eastern Right-of-way U.S. Hwy 181, with over a mile of highway frontage. The rolling hills feature a great balance of hay fields with big beautiful Live Oak trees and dense brush creating excellent browse. This tract is partially high-fenced and is enclosed with a larger ranch under one high fence. The ranch features two water wells, one with an electric submersible pump and the other with a solar pump feeding one of the two ponds. PVC water lines are extended throughout the ranch from the electric well feeding multiple troughs and wildlife watering stations. This is not only an excellent hunting ranch with white-tailed deer, Blackbuck antelope, Elk, and feral hogs, and great dove hunting, but is also a well-appointed cattle ranch.
