Water: The water is truly extraordinary. Approximately 1 mile of year-around Wilbarger Creek as well as approximately 2000ft of the Colorado River. There are also 2 partially completed tanks on the property and one new water well with a depth of 260ft.
Vegetation: Acreage consists mostly of rolling fields with an abundance of mature trees and grasses, including groves of mature Pecan trees in the bottoms. Stream and river are lined with Oaks, Willow and Cypress. Rich soils throughout make for good grazing or food plots.
Wildlife: There is a true abundance of native wildlife and waterfowl on the ranch and in the area. The lush pecan bottoms and incredible amount of water attract whitetail deer, pigs, turkey, dove and an abundance of waterfowl including many varieties of ducks and geese. The fishing is excellent as well with opportunity for catfish, bass and gar. There are 2 tanks dug out but not filled as well as multiple fields suited for additional food plots.

Location: This ranch is approximately 34 miles east of downtown Austin and 10 miles north of Bastrop. From Hwy 71 head north on FM 969 for approximately 6 miles, turn north on Barton Rd (Hwy 60) to the end. The property is accessed via a deeded easement off of Barton Rd(Hwy 60).
