The town includes everything from a two-story boarding house with five bedrooms within its 2,000 square-feet, a little white chapel, a saloon with a beautiful bar, gorgeous carriage house, a jail with a real cell, caf with gourmet kitchen, and more! Behind the jail and bank is a lazy river surrounding the fort, which houses the hot tub. Each and every detail of this town was planned and executed perfectly, making it the perfect place to welcome guests and hunters and give them a unique experience.
In addition to, and within the same area of the town is the original 1,200 square-foot rock ranch house with three bedrooms and one bathroom. This beautiful house has been remodeled in recent years. There is also a 1,200 square-foot foremans house with one bedroom and one bathroom. Across from the lazy river is a large horse barn with several runs and east of the barn is a one-acre roping and riding arena. West of the town is a top-of-the-line skeet-shooting range.
Much of the remaining acreage has been cleared of underbrush leaving a rolling landscape freckled with live oaks, cedar elms, red oaks and mature cedar trees. Near the Highway 173 entrance is an approximate one-acre earthen tank. There are three electric Edwards wells, each about 400 feet-deep and producing 10-15 GPM providing water to the town, headquarters, water troughs and water storage tank.
This high-fenced ranch has tons of wildlife including Whitetail deer, Axis, Black Buck, turkey dove and quail. Four blinds, four corn feeders and four protein feeders have been placed around the property.
