Water: The major water feature of the ranch is the 2,000' of Medina River frontage with 500 bordering both sides of the river. This stretch of the river is easily accessible and offers ample opportunities for fishing and swimming, thanks to its large water pockets and pristine, crystal-clear water, Additionally, the property includes 1,700 of the wet weather Indian Creek, which retains pockets of water long after rainfall. The creek also showcases stunning tall bluffs that overlook the river bottom area of the ranch, adding to its natural beauty.

Terrain: The ranch showcases some stunning vistas that look over the beautiful Texas Hill Country. Location: Just 3 miles from downtown Bandera! Head west on HWY 16, then south on FM 470, cross the beautiful Medina River and the property will be on your right (west) for more than 6,500! The 10 acres on the northern side of the Medina River is accessed via HWY 16.
