Near the main lodge are a 3,200 shop and equipment barn as well as a 1,500 square-foot equipment barn.
Water is abundant on the High Cotton Ranch with three electric wells ranging from 450 feet to 700 feet deep and each producing about 10 GPM. There are also three water storage tanks, seven water troughs, and two quarter-acre ponds. Over three-quarters of a mile of Medina River serves as the boundary line for the ranch.
The perimeter of the High Cotton Ranch is entirely high-fenced, and the landscape is an even 50/50 mix of native brush and lush pastureland. Five hunting blinds, six corn feeders and eight protein feeders have been strategically placed around the ranch for optimum hunting. There is an abundance of native and exotic wildlife species on the ranch including Whitetail, Axis, Black Buck, Scimitar Oryx, Nilgai, Fallow, turkey and dove.
