I have not explored that canyon, but I believe it is a seasonal source of water.

Water: No water wells on this property, but there is a nice stock tank in the SE portion of the property.

Wildlife: White tailed deer, aoudad, fallow, turkey, blackbuck and other native wildlife.

Access: No easement access here. Property has over 4,600 feet of frontage along FM 470. There are no access easements through the property for any of the neighbors.
