Improvements: In 2009 cedar clearing was done as well as the construction of the 5000 gallon water storage tank. There are several high fenced wildlife food plots which are opened to the wildlife as soon as the foliage has grown sufficiently. An older 1400sq/ft ranch house sits near the properties entrance, with a metal storage building nearby. Six hunting blinds will convey with the sale of the property.
