This property has been used for timberland investment, but has hunting, recreation and rural residence potential. The property has public road frontage access on Horsepen Creek Road. The property also has a deeded and owned 50 foot wide access lying south and east of the southwest corner as this corner lies just above the parish road. There are two stands of timber totaling 56 acres, more or less. The first stand is 147 acres of a 2003 planted loblolly pine plantation that has not been first thinned. Stand 2 consists of a 9 acre, more or less, stream-side management zone of old growth hardwood.
