LOCATION: The New Ranch is a short 45 minute drive from downtown San Antonio. Located just south of highway 173 off county road 307. As the crow flies this property is less than 10 miles to the west of Jourdanton, TX. HEB, medical services, and restaurants can all be found in Jourdanton. The New Ranch has approximately 2,100' of frontage along county road 307.
