The 1995 Fleetwood model mobile home on the property has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The roof was replaced in 2007 and the siding was done in 2008. The other home on the property was built in 1967 and is a 3 bedroom and 2 bath. Both houses have their own septic tanks, there are 2 working water wells on the property, 3 power meters, a pole barn used for hay storage, and a black poly storage tank used to hold water for the house.

Power to the property is provided by CPS. 3 power meters are on the property.
Water:
The ranch has 2 working water wells which have been previously updated with new pumps and PVC casing. The water well for the mobile home was redone in 2007 and well by the house was redone in 2010. The stock tank has black poly pipe run to it from 1 of the water wells. The tank is stocked with fish.
