Tract Description: The Longview Landing Tract is described as the SE of the NW of Section 29, Township 15 South, Range 8 West, Ashley County, Arkansas, containing 40 acres, more or less. The tract is located about mile due east of Longview Landing and the Saline River. The tract has an excellent stand of high quality mature pine and hardwood sawtimber and pine and hardwood pulpwood. The north property boundary is marked with teal boundary line paint and the south property boundary is a common boundary with The Arkansas Natural Heritage Commission and is marked by The Arkansas Natural Heritage Commission signs. The east and west property boundaries are not marked and will require a survey. The property is accessed from Arkansas State Hwy 160 which runs diagonally through the north half of the property.

The topography of this tract is flat. The soils consist of poorly drained Guyton silt loam soils. These soils offer good site index for Loblolly Pine with an average native site index of 90 Feet (base Age 50) per the NRCS Web Soil Survey. According to the FEMA Flood Insurance Rate Map this property is located in the 100 year flood plain of the Saline River.
