Access to the property is right off Highway 191. Coming from Sanders, head south for 6 miles until you reach a turnoff to a frontage road where youll turn Right and keep going south. Take that about .2 miles and take a Right at the first road on an unnamed easement road. From there youll drive another .2 miles and take a Left turn at the second dirt road. Go south for about .25 miles until you reach a T and take a Right turn. This will take you directly to the southeastern border of the property. See the map photos for details on directions.
Notes from photographer: Its an amazing piece of land which has rolling hills, some dense tree areas as well as plenty of wide open spaces. The access is simple, which is pretty amazing since that never happens. I tracked my car from the highway to the parcels border which should show the route pretty well. Additionally, I shot photos from 10 different spots on the property so you have a full view of the property. Id say the close proximity to the highway is a big deal.
