Imagine a Southern Living Architecturally designed home sitting on a just right knoll. Imagine further a winding driveway leading to this magnificent dwelling and as you look to the right a breath taking green- roofed L-shaped horse barn is perfectly placed to catch your eye. Imagine pastures, paddocks and equestrian elements including arena, round pen, run-ins at rear of barn, and every upscale equine pleasure you can think of. Imagine horse stables with much of the materials imported from Europe that make a human want to reside along with the horses in this high-end facility.
As you look at the home, the 3 sided wrap-around porches with columns are the first glimpse of the ambience found within. The second floor balcony over the first floor porch gives this Southern Home the feel of yesterday as in Gone With The Wind times.

The home has transoms throughout, all hardwood floors and an elegance that cannot be easily put into words. The kitchen opens to the beamed hearth room, and the comfort that exudes from this laid back relaxing area is tangible. The great room adjacent to the hearth room is separated by a twosided fireplace. Each of these rooms leads to the rear porch. One can only imagine entertaining guests there and then converging on the oversized formal dining room with spectacular chandelier which awaits your most discriminating party-goers.
The master bedroom is tucked away, with its elegant bath, and opens to the porch at the rear. The double walk in closet is large and unique with its own shoe built-ins. Leading to the master are two more closets and guest bath all hidden away in a separate wing.
Upstairs are guest bedrooms, and a sitting room with two full baths.
The barn is L shaped with 8 (12 x 12) matted stalls in one wing, and in the second wing are stalls suitable for brood mares which currently are double stalls. Total of 2 double stalls (could be 4) on one side, and 2 (12 x 12) along with office, tack and utility room with commode and sink. There is a staircase in tack that leads to upper hay lofts. One wing of barn has pavers, and the second has concrete. All doors, ornaments, horse dryer area etc are imported from Europe. There is a large wash stall, and wall controls for all fans and lights. Ramps lead into barn, and there is parking for at least 12-20 cars in this area. There is paneling throughout the barn, including the stalls. Large ornamental windows in each stall can be opened or not. Sliding doors on each end of barn. One wing of barn built 2002 and the second in 2006.
