White Rock Creek Tract

The White Rock Creek Tract has 1,200 feet of HWY 7 frontage. The tract has two big hills and the elevation on the tract ranges from 340' to 420'. The center of the tract is bisected by a 1,600' portion of White Rock Creek. The majority of the tract (approximately 75 acres) is 13 year old loblolly pine plantation. The rest of the tract is in the White Rock Creek bottom, hardwood streamside buffers, and HWY 7 aesthetic zones. The White Rock Creek bottom has a variety of mature hardwood species including white oaks, water oaks, red oaks, black walnuts, and hickories. This area has excellent hunting for deer and wild hogs.
