Smith McGee Tract is located in Anderson County, South Carolina near Starr. It can be accessed via Smith McGee Road. Greenville is only a short hour drive away and Clemson is a quick 40 minutes away from the property. If the lake is the place that you love, Hartwell and Russell are not that far away- approximately 30 minutes and 40 minutes, respectively.
An internal network of roads allows for easy access to the entirety of the tract. Mature hardwoods- white oaks and red oaks- make up the majority of the timberland with the balance in planted pine. The topography mostly consists of hills with the exception of a few areas where maintained food plots lie. Several creeks -one with excellent shoals- help to make this tract the perfect habitat for wildlife.
