A 10 in. city water main runs along the south edge of Trammel Road and city sewer is close by at the junction of Trammel and Antwerp Roads. It then follows Antwerp Road west. The soil types are Blount and Pewamo, approximately 55% Blount and 45% Pewamo. This tract is currently zoned agricultural.
