New Holland, SC (Aiken County)

The New Holland tract is just minutes from I-20, and around an hours drive from both Augusta and Columbia. It has paved road access which is great for easy access to the tract and surrounded predominantly by large land owners. The tract has a total of 67.95+/- acres, 59 acres are a mix of natural pine and hardwood. This forested portion consist of high well drained hills and a low hardwood drain called cedar creek. The balance of acres make up a power line right of way that already has food plots in place and a road that allows access to the back of the property. There is also an old road system on the tract that would make for nice access through the heart of the property. A prescribed fire would make this tract absolutely beautiful, by controlling the under and mid story vegetation, releasing native plants and showing off the large oaks and longleaf pine. New Holland tract is loaded with turkeys and deer which makes for great outdoor activates. The creek in the back is also good spot for wood ducks which are great to watch.
