The area is well known for trophy deer hunting and huntable wild turkey flocks. Both tracts have had hunting lease income in addtion to the primary farm income. Both farms are subject to some flooding but only 2 years since 2010 had prevented planting acres.
From Natchez go south on Hwy 61 12 miles to Shieldsboro Road which dead ends into that part of the farms. Commencement is accessed from Hwy 61 at Hutchins Land Road then east 6 miles to Brick Quarters River Road - which is graveled through that farm
