Water: Well water is used on the ranch, 1,000 feet of Little Lee Creek which is best known for clear water and small mouth bass, several creeks and ponds, and rainfall averages about 45 inches per year. There are numerous potential lake sites on the property.

Terrain: Quietly secluded high in the Ozark mountains of northeast Oklahoma, canyon and hill covered terrain, an abundance of mature native forest and elevation changes of over 870 feet. The rugged terrain is balanced by lush open valleys and stone-bottomed creeks throughout the ranch. Game: Whitetail deer, wild Eastern turkey, upland birds, quail, wild hogs and black bear. Because of the preserve status, you can hunt without regard to season or bag limits! The Whitetail deer have great Northern genetics, and some world class trophy bucks.
