TERMS: Real Estate: Non-refundable 10% down day of sale & balance with deed on or before 30 days. Property taxes paid by seller for 2019. Timber: Non-refundable 10% down day of sale and signing of standard timber contract & balance on or before 30 days - allowing 6 months for removal down to a 12 inch cut at the stump (to be measured 12 inches above the ground). A 10% percent buyers premium will be added to the final bids on real estate & timber to determine the final sales price.
