The Bayou Deview Farm is 288 Deeded acres located on Highway 64 exactly 5 miles east of McCrory, Ar and 5 miles west of Fair Oaks, Ar. The small community is known as Morton, Arkansas. The farm has 40 acres on Highway 64, and the remainder of the land (248 acres) is situated along the Bayou DeView. The farm has been known as one of the best hunting spots in the area. The rice fields and timber along the bayou are in a prime location between the famous Coca-Cola Woods which are roughly 1 mile to the east and south, and the actual Bayou DeView flyway. The Fair Oaks McCrory region of Woodruff County is one of the largest Rice producing counties in the State of Arkansas, which in return helps to hold an abundance of waterfowl in this exact region throughout the winter months. The 221 tillable acres on the farm are irrigated and typically planted in rice. There are several irrigation wells for irrigating crops and flooding for ducks.

The farm has been developed for duck hunting for many many years, with locations for 4 duck blinds on the big rice field along Bayou DeView. Then in addition there is all the timber along the actual bayou. The field is set up with a large surface water pumping station to pump everything up very quickly and efficiently. There is also a great spot on the southeast end of the farm for a lodge site with black top access. Also a few great fields close to lodge site for sunflowers during dove season.
