As shown on the attached topographical map the land is rolling, and features several other good pond sites. There are also several game fields and game field sites, and a good network of internal roads. This tract has received little if any hunting pressure over the past few years. Public power and water are available along Highway 21. A corner of the property lies on the north side of the county gravel road, and there is an entrance is at this location in addition to one off Highway 21. Locked gates control access. One-half the mineral rights owned will be transferred at closing.
