The property slowly loses elevation from east to west, gets progressively thicker the closer you get to Hunter Creek, and there is a good amount of south slope bedding to keep deer on the property through the entire Winter. It was very plain to see from deer trails that Hunter Creek serves as a major travel funnel. Both turkey sightings and evidence of turkey activity was abundant.
