Predators including coyote, bobcat, grey fox and mountain lion are also prevalent in the area. Two hunting blinds, a tripod stand and three feeders will convey.

30 minutes to Del Rio, 45 to Rocksprings and an hour to Sonora. Fantastic fishing at Lake Amistad is 20 mins away and the Devils River State Natural Area is 35 minutes away where you can explore, hike, swim, kayak and bike for miles.
