Kingwood Forestry Services, Inc. has been authorized to manage the sale of the Dollar Junction Road Tract which is located in Union County, Arkansas.

The timber on this property consist of 22 acres that was clearcut and a 1 acre SMZ along the creek in the southeast corner of the property that was selectively harvested in 2016. The clearcut area was chemically site prepared by air in June of 2017 and will be ready to plant the fall of 2017 or winter of 2018.

The average native site index of this property, according to the NRCS Web Soil Survey, is greater than 90 feet (Base Age 50).

This property is located Approximately 40 miles north of Monroe, LA and 30 miles southeast of El Dorado, AR in an area that is know for having excellent deer and waterfowl hunting.
