Location: The Stonewall Hilltop is located in the western part of Stonewall County. The property is 9 miles southeast of Jayton and 21 miles northwest of Aspermont. There is access to the ranch from Stonewall County Road 340.
Acreage: The property consists of 198 acres. Historically the ranch was used for cattle grazing and some cultivation. For the last several years the land has been used for hunting but not grazing as the property isnt completely fenced. The property has a good mix of brush and open areas across the varied topography.

Topography: There is quite a bit of roll across the acreage. With 3 different rises and couple draws the Stonewall Hilltop is diverse with approximately 30 of elevation changes. Cover: The Stonewall Hilltop has mixed areas of cover and more open areas. The main brush specie is mesquite with hackberry, ephedra, sumacs, lotebush, various cacti and grass species cover the rolling acreage.
Fences: The perimeter fencing has good parts as well as areas that are not fenced. Plans for a new fence along eastern boundary of property are being made.
Utilities: Electricity is available to the property with lines running along the north and east boundaries of the property.
Water: There are 2 wells on the ranch but neither are in use. One is older with the windmill tower over it by the barn. The second one has a submersible pump and electric service to it near north boundary of the property.
Hunting: Wildlife that inhabit the area are white-tailed deer, feral hogs, Rio Grande turkeys, as well as mourning doves with occasional white winged doves, bobwhite quail, coyotes, bobcats, and various other varmints.
Residence and Improvements: There is an old barn currently used to store hay in the western part of the ranch. It is made of corrugated tin with a concrete runner around the base and has a dirt floor.
Minerals: The sellers are unsure of their mineral ownership, any of their mineral interest can be available with an acceptable offer.
