Improvements: The owners house sits in the southern portion of the ranch, it is a Lubbock built home new in 2006. It is a 3 bedroom/4 bath house with a carport and office. Behind the house is a small metal building used for storage. There are 5 sets of cattle pens scattered across the ranch. The shipping pens are located west of the house and are the largest set with scales and a squeeze chute. Next to the pens is an overhead feed bin w/3 compartments to store cubes in. The perimeter fences are from good to excellent condition, there is several miles of new highfence on the eastside. Also, on the west portion of the ranch is a 40 x 50 quanset barn with a concrete floor.
Recreation: This area offers good hunting. Deer, hogs, dove and quail, turkey, and waterfowl are all found on this ranch. The quality of the deer is reported to be excellent.
Minerals: Negotiable
Price: $700 per acre $5,110,000.00
Comments: A fire burned across some of the ranch in 2011, killing lots of the juniper. The property lies in 3 separate tracts all within close proximity to each other. The owners would consider selling one or more of the 3 tracts if a buyer didnt want the whole ranch. This is a very scenic ranch with a lot of potential.
