Located approximately five miles west of Harrison, Nebraska, this 2,812.55 deeded acre ranch has over one mile of US Highway 20 frontage. The acreage is contiguous, consisting of native grass pastures. Approximately 2,720 acres of the ranch are enrolled in the Grasslands Conservation Reserve Program (CRP) which generates an annual income of approximately $30,600 through 2038.
