Reading Grant of the Rancho Buena Ventura as per plat on file in Shasta County, California, Records in Book 13 of Land Surveys at page 10, and running then North 43°45'50" East 426.33 feet; thence South 48°24' East 727.54 feet; thence North 42°30' East 672.10 feet; thence South 46°08'30" East 59°04'30" East 276.90 feet; thence South 45°54'30" East 30.30 feet to the point of beginning of this line; thence from said point of beginning South 44°05'30" West 525.58 feet to a point on the Northeasterly boundary line of Rio Ranch Subdivision Tract No. 1206 as shown in the map filed April 22, 1967 in Book 13 of Maps at page 26, Shasta County Records, and the point of termination of this line. The sidelines of said easement are to be adjusted so as to terminate on property lines.
