Another very attractive feature to this fine property is the truly unique home place. The main living quarters is totally self sufficient with kitchen, dinning area, bed and bath. There is also a covered outside kitchen and deck by the main residence. For entertaining, an additional dining area and entertainment area were added. Both of these additions were very nicely done with vaulted ceilings, heart pine floors and cypress walls and absolutely gorgeous. Extending from the residence is an awesome yard perfect for entertaining. An artesian well fills a small pond by the house with fantastic drinking water. The constant flow keeps a small fish pond full and flowing year round. Just before you get to the pond is the social area with the large covered concrete slab with built in BBQ/grilling pit. There is plenty of area to entertain, eat and cook under the metal roof . Just off the slab is an oversize fire pit to gather around and share the events of the days hunt. I would bet there are a few lies told, too.
Connected to the main living quarters are several other areas utilized as a bunkhouses which include bathrooms & showers. Owners lease additional acres for there guest to hunt which could possibly be transferred to new owners. Several sheds are used to store equipment and tools.
