LAND: This ranch is ~ 1 mile wide by 1 mile deep. Rolling small hills with oak trees and cedar elm trees scattered throughout. Lying within the Trinity Aquifer the three water wells provide water to both houses, the livestock pens, water troughs for livestock and wildlife, as well as a pond located by one of the houses. Data in the area shows the depths of these wells to be in between 250-350' deep and yielding strong flow. Plenty of opportunity for the new owner to expand on the great water infrastructure.
