WILL DIVIDE! Gently sloping land from top of a hill to the unpaved county road below affords a nice view of the surrounding countryside. Much of the underbrush has been cleared from around the large oaks and other trees allowing the pasture grass to grow. It also makes it easier to see the deer, wild turkeys and other wildlife that call this part of Texas home. One corner has been left untouched and heavily wooded for a game sanctuary. There is electricity and a very good water well already in place complete with pump, motor and electrical system. The perimeter fence is in excellent condition. Very few properties offer a more picturesque setting for building a new home or get-away place to bring the grandkids. If you are ready to leave the press of too many people, too many cars and too much noise behind, this property has the peace and quiet you seek.
