A charming cabin constructed of rough cedar siding built in the pioneer Texas Country style is shaded by large oak trees and enclosed by a rail fence. Two water wells are connected to the house but only one is used. It is thought to be about 75 ft. deep and produces 35+ gpm. The other well was originally drilled as an oil well – they didn’t hit oil but they got a tremendous water well. The seller was told it could produce 1000 gpm (un-tested). Think of what you could do with a water well like that! Things like constructing ponds to stock with catfish come to mind.
