From Highway 70 turn South on Woodard road for 0.4 mile until reaching Townsend Road. Turn right (west) and drive one and a half (1) miles to the Point View/Newcomb junction. Turn right (West) onto Newcomb Rd and drive 0.6 of a mile until reaching a green Kingwood sign at Nettie Lane. Turn right (SW) onto Nettie Lane (gravel) for 0.5 () mile until reaching red gate. From gate drive 0.2 mile then turn right at road junction. Drive North for 0.4 mile until reaching Lonsdale South sign pointing to tract.
