Gulf Creek Canyon is a nature preserve with a small cabin that allows you to stay and be a part of this unique property. It is being sold with a 164 acre conservation easement that limits the rights to timber, make new roads, and building on the property. The conservation easement will run with the land with each owner in the future.
The property is the top of the hill and the canyon with Gulf Creek running through the heart of the property. A mature hard-wood forest creates the habit for wildlife and rare wild flowers. There are several overlooks from the hill and hiking is easy on the top. However, you will need a hiking stick and maybe a rope to hike some of the steeper parts in the canyon.
