Angela Farm

Angela Farm is a large dryland, wheat farm in eastern Montana. Located in Rosebud County, the farm consists of approximately 24,500 acres, of which more than 85% is farmable. Rosebud Countys average annual rainfall is 14 inches. Located 29 miles from Miles City and approximately 125 miles from Montanas largest city, Billings, the town of Angela is comprised of a Post Office and several highway sheds and no services. A manufactured home(2011), two Quonset huts (2011) and 6 grain silos with a combined 300,000-bushel storage capacity define the Angela Farm headquarters. For conveniences, Miles City is a downhill roll from the Angela, allowing fully loaded grain trucks an efficient path to the elevators in Miles City. The Angela is being offered in its entirety or in two separate tracts as the Western Parcel and the Eastern Parcel.
