The Old Sheep Camp ranch is 45 miles east of Lewistown along Highway 200 between Grass Range and Winnett. Billings is about 115 miles to the south. There are 4,900 acres of which 3,718 are deeded with 700 acres cropland used for small grains, alfalfa, dryland corn, and tame grasses. Livestock have excellent natural protection with Chokecherry, Hawthorne, Cottonwoods, and Buffalo Berry skirting 4 miles of McDonald Creek. This creek, the brushy coulees, and the cropland provides excellent habitat for Pheasants, Muleys, and Whitetails.
