To the west of the property is an existing tillable field. Overall, the general area is a mixture of wooded cover, low seclusion cover and ag fields that make it prime whitetail habitat. Let’s not forget about other game species in the area. I flushed a nice group of grouse off of the property and there are also turkeys. It wouldn’t surprise me to find bear around as well.
