Bestwick Creek Tract

The Bestwick Creek Tract is located in Mineral County, Montana. The property is +/- 677-acres and includes all of section 27. This property has legal access as well as an internal road system that runs through most parts of the tract. This property has two creeks meandering within its boundaries, Adams Creek, and Bestwick Creek. The Bestwick Creek Tract provides some incredible shelves, saddles, and benches with spectacular views which most people could only dream of putting their very own off-grid cabin upon. The property holds many wildlife game species such as elk, mule deer, whitetail deer, black bear, and mountain lion. It is connected to thousands of acres of Lolo National Forest land which can be accessed through the northeastern part of the property. The tract is about 30 minutes away from Missoula, Montana, and about 2 hours away from Coeur DAlene, Idaho.
