Clear Lake Flats is a private waterfowl management area in the Red River Basin of Arkansas. The ranch was originally very productive cultivated farmland before being placed in the Wetland Reserve Program in 2000.The property ranked very high when it went into WRP and has been used by USDA officials in Washington as an educational observation site for district conservationist from around the country.
