Main House: Roughly about 1,600 square feet, the furnished 3BR/2BA main house has ample space to spread out! Equipped with a large kitchen and island, the open plan is hard to beat. The master bedroom contains a king size bed, dresser, and TV, and the ensuite master bathroom (with shower and separate bath) has a spacious master closet with a large safe. The two additional bedrooms have two sets of bunk beds in each room, sleeping 8. The laundry room includes a large washer and dryer, as well as an additional freezer. TVs are in all bedrooms and in the living room.

Cabin: Adjoining the main house via an outdoor covered wooden deck is a 410 square foot furnished cabin with a kitchenette and a full bath. The cabin also has a built in ice maker.

Metal Barn: The 3,600 sf metal barn is on a concrete slab foundation and has plenty of room for all of your farm, ranch, and recreational equipment.

Metal Storage Building: At just under 1,400 sf, this building houses a walk-in cooler and reverse osmosis (RO) system.

Additional improvements: Large covered patio area with a grill and picnic tables, a fire pit, a concrete pad with a sink as well as a block and tackle connected to a bar with meat hooks (for processing), and a hot tub.

HUNTING

Wildlife Management: FAR is currently on a MLD Level 3 program.

Wildlife: Whitetail deer, feral hogs, turkey, quail, rabbits, javelina, duck, geese, etc.

Blinds & Feeders: There are 20+ blinds that are 5x5 10, and 5x5 8 Atascosa Insulated Blinds and feeders are 2,000 lb Atascosa Quik Connect Protein and 1,000 lb Broadcast Feeders.

Vegetation: There is a wide array of vegetation that helps foster the vast array of wildlife. Such vegetation includes Granjeno, Coma, Guayacon, Twisted Acacia, Guajillo, Blackbrush, Whitebrush, Brasil, Persimmon, and others.

FENCING

Full Antler Ranch is perimeter-fenced, with standard size fencing along all borders except for the western fence line and roughly half of the north fence. In those sections, there is high-fencing (8ft.).

ROAD SYSTEM

Full Antler Ranch has a well thought-out system of roads throughout. Because these roads are all-weather rock roads, accessibility to all parts of the property is available even during/after inclement weather.

WATER

The property has 8-9 earthen tanks, ranging in size. These tanks can be supplemented by water wells (7 are powered by solar panels, 1 by a sub-pump) via an underground pipe.

A reverse osmosis system provides excellent drinking water for the main house and cabin.
